This event in Ry, Denmark will be the inaugural celebration of the Illuminate series intended to bring light into the world.
Ancestral & Womb Healing Workshop (Bow, WA)
Korean Shaman, Helena Soholm, is offering a workshop on Ancestral and Womb Healing. This shamanic workshop will focus on healing the ancestral line, including womb work (using guided imagery) to shift the unhealthy energetic dynamics in the family system.
This event is open to people of all backgrounds and spiritual paths. We will focus on helping participants connect to their own ancestral lineage to support their spiritual growth and healing.
*There is a cafe on site (Persimmon Bistro), where participants can arrive early for coffee/tea and lunch.
Korea Pilgrimage 2024 (South Korea)
I'll be leading another pilgrimage to S. Korea this coming fall. The purpose is to learn about and experience the indigenous spirituality of Korea. If you are interested, please send an email to shamanhelena@gmail.com. I will schedule Zoom informational sessions to provide details.
This pilgrimage is open to individuals of all cultural backgrounds. However, preference will be given to applicants of Korean heritage.

Ancestral Honoring Ceremony & Workshop (Bellingham, WA)
A Korean "Mudang" (Helena Soholm) is offering an ancestral ceremony for connection. This shamanic ceremony is open to people of all backgrounds and spiritual paths. We will focus on helping participants connect to their own ancestral lineage to support their spiritual growth and healing.
We will learn rituals for healing generational trauma and connecting to the gifts of our personal and cultural lineages. We will share beautiful music and send prayers to the ancestors for individual and collective healing. Wounds of colonialization and other ancestral traumas will be addressed during the ceremony so that all those who have been affected by our world's colonial past can begin to heal and transform suffering into positive energy for the future.
We will offer the ceremony in the morning. The afternoon will be spent discussing our experiences from the ceremony as well as learning specific tools for ancestral connection.

A Korean "Mudang" (Helena Soholm) and a traditional Korean musician (Dong-Won Kim) are offering an ancestral ceremony for connection. This shamanic ceremony is open to people of all backgrounds and spiritual paths. We will focus on helping participants connect to their own ancestral lineage to support their spiritual growth and healing.

We will share beautiful traditional Korean music and send prayers to the ancestors for individual and collective healing. Winter Solstice 2022 Ceremony (Zoom Gathering)
This year’s gathering will take place in the majestic mountains of the Pacific Northwest (via Zoom). Helena will be offering a shamanic ceremony to the mountain spirits in her home region in America. She will connect with the energies of this beautiful land and send prayers for modern shamans and healers from around the world. The intention of this ceremony is to support anyone interested in raising and expanding their consciousness.

Decolonization Chat with a Sámi Historian
Anna is a Sámi historian with her roots from a Sámi family that was relocated from the area of Arsjogk in Northeastern part of the Kola Peninsula, Eastern Sápmi. She conducted research in the Sámi communities on the forced resettlements of her people from their traditional territories. Later, she studied experiences of several generations of the Kola Sámi people who resided at the boarding schools.
We are extremely lucky to be in sacred space with this beautiful person. Please consider coming to hear Anna's journey as an indigenous scholar!

Decolonization Chat with an Inuit Shaman
This Fall, I will host two special talks with indigenous women from Greenland and Norway. First interview is with an Inuit shaman (Angakoq) from Nuuk, Greenland. I met Aviaja Rakel Sanimuinaq Kristiansen during my recent trip to Nuuk. She comes from a long matriarchal line of healers and will share her story of Decolonization. We are extremely lucky to be in sacred space with this beautiful person. Please consider coming to hear Aviaja's remarkable journey!
